hmm!! well, for me, getting back into writing for the summer kind of required a kickstart, so i kind of went back and reread a bunch of stuff i wrote last summer. then i watched a series i haven’t watched in a while that inspired a lot of my writing and went through all the writing prompts i could find!

i guess it depends on what you’re planning to write. if you’re unsure, watch a bunch of tv shows or read a bunch of books that are different genres to figure out what you might want to write about! if you know you’re going to write a specific genre, look for things within that genre. if you’re writing fanfiction, read a whole bunch of fics! 

overall try to find inspiration through other forms of media! that’s what i do. sorry if this wasn’t helpful haha but it’s how it works for me!
